| Description | This unit will introduce you to concepts of Business Process Management (BPM) and capabilities to discover, analyse, design, deploy and optimize end to end business processes. You will obtain a detailed understanding of strategies, methods, tools and technologies associated with BPM. You will also develop practical skills by modelling and re-designing business processes using commercial software. Business processes that stretch across organizational boundaries and the management of such processes are the central themes of this unit. |
