DescriptionMany BIS implementations require organisational change, or are part of broader change initiatives, and this unit aims to equip you with the ability to operate as a change agent to lead and manage that process. You will be exposed to the factors that need to be considered to fully understand an organisation's specific context and provided with the knowledge, methodologies and techniques to successfully manage the change related aspects of a BIS implementation within that context. Topics covered by this unit include the roles of change, approaches to change - including Strategic Change, Business Process Reengineering and Total Quality Management and managing the end-to-end change process - including overcoming organisational resistance.
