| Description | This unit is intended to consolidate your knowledge and skills with regard to the application of Information Systems in both public and private sector contexts. The unit serves as a Business Information Systems (BIS) capstone and is structured around a semester long project designed to allow you to demonstrate your ability to apply and synthesise BIS concepts in a real world setting. You will consider information systems from a number of perspectives including, but not limited to, their contribution to the strategic objectives of an organisation and the requirements for successful design, implementation and operation. The unit will require you to develop and apply your understanding of Information Systems from both social and technical perspectives. |
