Kristine Dery's current research examines the impact of mobile technology on the nature of work and individual work/life balance expectations with a particular focus on Blackberries. In addition she is a member of a research team investigating the impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems on organisations and the impact of technology on the HR function. Her additional research interests stem from her PhD research which examined the factors that contributed to the alignment of IT and HR in organisations with particular emphasis on communication and connectivity.
Kristine teaches post-graduate courses in Human Resource Information Systems, Management Communication and Management Consultancy.
In addition, Kristine has an extensive background in industry at a management level having worked in major corporations for 14 years in New Zealand, Australia and the UK in senior marketing roles.
