Danielle was born in Sydney and later raised in a reclusive mountain town west of the Blue Mountains. After finishing school she returned to Sydney to study science and punctuated her studies with travels to India, Canada, Thailand and the UK.
Her ongoing interest in social and economic issues led her to economics where she later completed a Masters of Economics at the University of Sydney.
Working thesis title: Experimental Economics.
