Brent MacNab is faculty member for Cross-Cultural Management for the School of Business' major in International Business and also holds experience teaching Organisational Behaviour. Completing his PhD work at the University of Hawai'i in 2004, Brent also has over ten years of industry experience working with organizations like Volkswagen of America, Inc., BankAmerica Corp., and AT&T as well as experience in entrepreneurial activities and corporate consultation.
Brent's research interests focus on examination of cross-cultural and intra-cultural phenomena as related to management and human interaction issues like cultural intelligence, ethics management and workplace motivation. He has received two Fulbright Awards (Canada, 2002 and NAFTA focus 2003) for examination of his research in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Brent has developed published work in journals that focus on management and international business, including the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, The Journal of International Management, Group and Organization Management and Advances in International Management.
