Requirements for the major

To obtain an Accounting major, students must complete four elective units of study (24 credit points) from the following (at least three of the electives (18 credit points) must be ACCT coded units of study):

  1. ACCT5001 is the prerequisite unit for most of the ACCT units of study. Other prerequisites may apply. Information on prerequisites is available from www.econ.usyd.edu.au/pgunits/.
  2. Units of study marked with an "*" are not available for 2009 enrolments.
