Master of Commerce
The Commerce program has a specialist in focus while still covering a broad range of study. It develops the advanced skills and knowledge required for a high-level position in industry, commerce and government. Credit for previous study may be granted for up to four foundation units.
Career Options
This degree program prepares you for positions in accounting, marketing or other specialist fields, but also gives you a thorough understanding of commerce for use in many business fields. Practising Accountants who already have an undergraduate accounting qualification or major can study advanced units in professional accounting.
Master of Professional Accounting
This program provides knowledge, understanding and expertise in the range of disciplines appropriate to professional accountancy to students with little or no previous study in the accounting field. Credit for previous study may be granted for up to four foundation units.
Career Options
Our graduates look forward to employment in (and eventually, formation of their own) accounting practices; also to roles as chief financial officers, chief information officers, financial controllers, company secretaries, financial analysts and planners, tax and estate advisers, financial and management accountants, auditors, system designers, investment advisors and managers.
Master of and Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations
This course provides high level training in HRM&IR and a specialised qualification for those engaged in, or contemplating careers in, industrial relations, human resource management and related areas.
Career Options
The skills and content derived from these programs provide a foundation for careers in traditional IR organisations such as unions, employer bodies and government as well as in HRM, research, policy development, consultancy work, industrial law and many aspects of private and public sector management.

Master of International Business & Law
