Event : Case studies that get students thinking and engaged
Wed 27th Aug 2008 to Wed 27th Aug 2008
When you use group assessments or activities, do you find:
- Students carry unequal workloads?
- Students not being able to remain engaged on the assigned task?
- Unpacking the group tasks is laborious, does not generate discussion and/or is difficult to mark?
- If so, the answer may be in only slightly re-designing your group activity/task.
The session will be presented by the Senior Fulbright Scholar and world class expert on team based learning and integrated business experience, Professor Larry Michaelsen visiting our Faculty.
