"The 85 Broads event was an intense yet rewarding event. It was a wonderful three day immersion where all of us learnt about the countless career opportunities available to women today. The best thing about the event was meeting new people. Not only were we able to rub shoulders with some of the most successful and truly inspirational women from an array of career fields, we were able to form friendships with all the girls that attended the conference. It was an experience in itself to bond with all the girls and to talk to each other about what we wanted to achieve in each of our careers. Everyone was just so warm and nice at the event – it was such a lovely thing to see a union of all these talented young women."

"Each of the speakers we heard from gave us insight into their unique business experiences. It was great to hear these personalized accounts which taught us invaluable lessons such as Gary Bertwistle’s “don’t put a ceiling on yourself!” For those of us who weren’t exactly sure of our future careers – which were a lot of us – it was great to hear from women from all different career fields talk about their jobs and achievements."
