| Description | Focus is developing key skills and experience in effectively managing and working with diverse, multi-cultural teams within international contexts. Students will examine related theory and apply these concepts to experiential project teams. Students will be required to participate in multi-cultural project teams, related to an experiential project, for important aspects of this unit. |
