Description This unit is the first of two junior core units aimed at introducing students to the external and internal contexts in which business operates in the twenty-first century, and to lay the foundations for effective problem solving, critical analysis and communication skills. In this unit, students will build a macro-level understanding of the systems, institutions, and markets that constitute the framework in which business operates by examining the economic context, the political context, risk and change.
