Your academic record

When you have completed your exchange semester/s, your exchange university will generally forward your results directly to the Study Abroad and Exchange Unit. The Exchange unit distribute these to the Faculties who confirm you have completed approved study and update your academic record

Please note: All units of study completed receive a grade of 'R' Met Requirements. This means that if you wish a record of your marks you will need to organise a personal copy of your exchange transcript from your exchange institution (the copy sent to us becomes part of your permanent record here).

Finishing your degree

If your exchange studies are the final units of study in your degree you will need to submit an online Graduation Notification Form. This can be done at anytime and you do not need to wait for your academic record to be updated. You should do this immediately on your return. If you do not intend to finish immediately after exchange you should contact the Student Information Office for advice regarding your next semester pre-enrolment.
