The Discipline of Business Law offers both undergraduate and postgraduate study in business law.

Undergraduate Study in Business Law
Students can complete a Commercial Law major or Business Law elective units of study in most undergraduate degrees offered by the Faculty:
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts
- Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws
- Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science
- Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies)
- Bachelor of Economics
- Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Information Technology and Bachelor of Commerce
Undergraduate Majors
Students must also complete selected Business Law units of study in order to qualify for professional accounting accreditation with CPA Australia or the ICAA.
Certain Business Law units of study may be counted as elective options in the following majors:
Postgraduate Study in Business Law
Master of Business
Under the Master of Business, students can complete Business Law units of study as part of majors, including a major in Business Law, or as electives.

Certain Business Law units of study are available as electives in the following major:
Master of Commerce (including combined degree programs)
Students can complete Business Law units of study as part of majors, including majors in Business Law and Taxation, or as electives under the following:
- Master of Commerce
- Master of Commerce and Master of Facilities Management
- Master of Commerce and Master of Logistics Management
- Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting
- Master of International Business and Master of Commerce
- Master of Transport Management and Master of Commerce

Certain Business Law units of study are available as electives in the following Commerce majors:
Master of Professional Accounting
Students must complete a set sequence of Business Law units of study in the Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting. Students may also be able to complete additional Business Law elective units as part of this degree.

- Graduate Diploma in Commerce
